The party was a complete success, as much as I hated most of the parents; I had to tolerate their nonsense because Connor is friends with their kid, and he is at an age where parents have to be at every d*mn party, I can’t wait for him to get as old as Jason, where I don’t have to fake smile his a parents kids, especially when I don’t like them.
After a stressful day of making sure it was perfect, my mom took Jason and Connor back to her place, she wanted to celebrate Connor’s birthday the old-fashioned way; the way she always celebrated mine; I was happy that she wants that for him and Eli took the opportunity to convince her to get us stay home, he just wants to have me alone with him without getting constantly interrupted by our little boy.
