Damien's POV
"What do you mean she is gone?" I yelled. "She can't be!"
"Damien you need to calm down," my dad said in a strained voice.
"Calm down? You are telling me to calm down? How about you tell me what happened instead?"
My dad turned to Mika who took a step forward.
"I hadn't seen him coming. He just suddenly stood behind me from out of nowhere and he knocked me out," he said. "When I woke up I saw him raised above you getting ready to kill you and that's when I saw your gun too, thanks to all the plastic that had been pulled from the ceiling. So I took it and shot him in the head, but you were already out cold thanks to what we later found out was a special kind of sedative."
