Chapter 11 - Cozy

At times when there is no other way than the one in front, you just have to accelerate and see what's in there. Klasy was trapped in Theo's game. He came to her life not long ago but he was able to obtain control over her. With a promise to be tamed, he managed to convince her to give him a chance. Isn't it cruel? To start things off with a blackmail? Or maybe it doesn't matter because both of them feel the same way? Klasy was never ready for a relationship and Theo was never serious with anyone, but they found each other and felt the obsession.

After Theo visited her in the shooting location, some rumors spread saying that she finally got a boyfriend, but her management immediately refused the allegation. As a damage control, they published an article saying that he's an investor from Callosi Group.

When Paolo heard the news, he was mad and wanted to talk with his brother, but Theo only sent a message saying that it's not true. He did not go to office the next day because he was sure that Paolo will be asking questions.

"Pao, you know that I don't get along well with Theo. He went to the shooting location to visit a friend, but he saw me so we talked for a while and those people made up stories." Klasy explained to him. She is already guilty for lying. Gladly, both of them are too busy to see each other. If they are talking in person, he would immediately know thar she is lying.

"We used to be so close too and you habe other male friends who visit you, but this is the first time they started a dsting rumor. Be honest with me. Is Theo pulling something? Do you think he's making up all of these? Be honest with me, Klasy. I won't tolerate it." She bite her lip. So Theo is the type to go that far for a woman.

"N-no, Pao. I think you're overreacting now. There's really nothing going on and my management has cleared the issue. As long as we're not seen together in the future, it's good enough. There's also no reason to see him anyway. Have you taken lunch?" She tried to divert the topic because she can't tell more lies to a long-time friend.

She even trended on social media. It's a big deal because she has never been seen dating anyone. In the pictures circulating online, they blurred Theo's face but one can tell that he's extremely rich and sophisticated from his posture and style.

In the afternoon, she received a message from Theo. Because everything is new to her, she looks like a teenager having a highschool romance. Her heart was raving when she opened the message.

'I'll pick you up tonight. Around 6 PM, you're done? Will wait for you in the parking.' The text says. She finds him cute. Never did she imagine he's the type to use emojis in message or chat.

'Aren't you supposed to be busy? Are you slacking off at work?' She sent it while smiling and she's not aware of that.

Her manager came to her and checked if she's done with lunch. The manager finds her weird for smiling while looking at her phone.

"Did something good happen? You seem to be in a good mood." She commented.

"Nah! I'm planning a vacation with some friends and they're acting up in the group chat. Bybthe way, when is my schedule free?"

Her eyes widened when her phone vibrated. She opened the message.

"Next week, you have no shoot on Thursday but we have a meeting in the afternoon at the agency. Weekends are free." Her manager said after checking the schedule but Klssy didn't her that because her undivided attention is on her phone.

'I leave work at exactly 5 PM. Don't worry I can focus both on you and work, but you're my priority now.' She giggled when she's not supposed to.

'And they are not paying me for extra hours at work.' She laughed silently with the pouting emojis. She's thinking there is no way this is Theo.

"Ahm did you hear me?" Her secretary made her snap back to reality.

"Sorry. Can I have a copy of my schedule for the next 2 weeks? I'll try to schedule a vacation with friends and some days with my parents." She answered without looking at her because she was typing her reply to Theo.

'Want me to raise your concern to Pao?' She added a curious emoji. It took less than a minute for Theo to reply.

'I already did, no reason for you to talk to him anymore. See you later. I know you're busy and I love disturbing you.'

"Asshole..." she whispered when she saw his reply. But the smile on her face remained.

"Are you dating for real or what?" Her secretary interrupted again.

"We are resuming the photoshoot now?" She tried to change the subject. Her heart almost skipped a beat when her phone vibrated again.

'I *hate disturbing you. Typo.' He's so extra. She stood and did some stretching. If she kept talking with Theo, she might end up delaying the shoot.

She wanted to finish the shoot right away. It's been so long since she has something to look forward to after work and it felt great.

"I love the smile!!" Even her manager is impressed.

She's in a good mood the whole afternoon even the people around are surprised. She's usually polite and friendly, but her energy today is on anither level.

Around 5:30 when the photoshoot ended. Klasy immediately checked her phone, and sniled when she saw the messages.

'Waiting for you in the parking.'

'I miss you.'

'Not done yet?'

'Should I go there?'

He's really impatient. She quickly went to her dressing room and picked up her things. She gave a final look at her reflection in the mirror before going out. She bumped into her stylist.

"Dis something happen? Why are you rushing?" Her brow raised as she stared at her.

"I'm leaving now. See you around!" She blew a kiss to her then walked away. She didn't even say bye to her manager, but that's fine. Her heart raced when the elevator opened. She's never this excited to leave work.

She tried to calm herself as she walled in the parking lot trying to find where Theo is. The phone in her hand rang, and she immediately answered it.

"On your left, pretty lady." She chuckled with how he called her.

She looked at the left wing and saw a balck Audi. Their eyes met right away. He opened the door on the driver's seat and while still holding the phone to his hear, he went out of the car.

"Really pretty." He whispered. She smiled and shook her head. She hears that on a daily basis, but it feels different coming from a flirty boyfriend.

"How long have you been waiting?" She asked when she approached him.

He went close to her and pulled her in the waist. He is the epitome of whip. The way she stands, the way she walks, the way her forehead furrowed, the way his lips curled up for a smile, and the way those few strands of hair made her look insanely gorgeous, he admires every single thing about her.

"What took you so long? I almost went up there to see you." She pouted. Gesterday, it was still awkward between them when they had dinner for the time and he took her home. But right now, they could kiss right where they are.

"You didn't go to work?" She asked. They just kep throwing each other questions. He carefully put the few strands of haor covering her forehead to the back of her ear. She's still wearing the designer skirt and duffle coat from the shoot. Her eyes are sparklong more than she can imagine. No doubt, Klasy is in love. She is living a moment she never experienced before.

"Stop looking at me. I feel haggard right now. Where should we go?"

"You're not haggard. Should we have dinner first? For sure, you're starving now." She guessed both of them are already starving.

But he cant a just settle for anything. He took her in Tagaytay, one of the most elevated cities in the country. It took almost 2 hours of drive to get there, so both of them were really starving when they get there. They watched the sunset while on the road, she played her favorite band's songs and he didn't complain about it.

"Welcome back here, Sir Theo!" The main chef even welcomed him. She gave her a terrifying look. He could have taken other girls here before.

"Thanks, Cee. My girlfriend, Klasy." The chef was stunned to see the famous model right in front of his eyes. He was only paying attention to Theo, but now that he recognized who's with him, he can't even look away anymore.

"I'm a fan. Welcome here, Ms. Klasy. Enjoynyour dinner. I'll make sure to prepare the best." He said.

"Make the best extra better, Cee. She's hard to impress." She gave him a death look but he just raised his brow as if saying none of it is a lie.

"Thanks for welcoming us. Can we get a seat far from crowded tables?"

"He reserved the whole restaurant tonight. It will just be the two of you. Here I'll take you to the best spot." The chef can't hide his fondness over her.

They walked inside the restaurant. It looks lile a five-star hotel with the interior design and vibe.

When the chef fonally left thwm to prepare the food, Klasy stared at him like she's making him guilty.

" You don't have to reserve the whole place. No one can recognize me if I wear a cap amd a little disguise."

"But I'm not comfortable with you wearing disguise. I want you to relax, don't be conscious lile we're doing a crime." He answered as he leaned on her shoulder. He smells so nice.

"I don't like you wasting money like this." She whispered. He looks so tired right now.

"I'll be wasting money anyway, so this is not a big deal, Klasy. In the future, I can even give you the entirety of Callosi Group." He joked around.

"Will you stop saying jokes with a straight face? You're so much funnier!"

Even that moment feels good. Theo resting on her shoulder as she caressed her hair. They both had a long day, but they did well surviving today.

"It's the first time someone reserved the whole restaurant to have dinner with me." She shyly said.

He looked up with a delighted eyes.

"All those man around you are either fool or coward. They canot tame you. It's my first time taking a woman here after my mom. It's a special place for me." She followed where he was looking. It's the picturesque overlooking Taal Volcano. The sky is clear so they can see a few stars too. It's quiet and peaceful in that place.

"I don't care about your past, Theo. Even you brought other girls here before, I can't do anyrhing about that now. But thanks for taking me here. I love the view." She said smiling shyly.

He's totally down for her. He wraps his arm around her waist and hugged her as they talked more. He wants to make her laugh more and more.

"You know Paolo would kill me of he finds out. Butbhe will eventually find out. For now, let's enjoy. I love you Klasy." He pulled a box from the pocket of his jogger.

She looked at his eyes and saw uncertainty in those. He's probably afraid to do sweet things because she's ready to reject him anytime.

"I was roaming in a mall earlier and saw a ring that reminds me of you so here..." She knew he was nervous.

When he opened the box, they saw a sapphire ring. That's not an ordinary ring, it would cost at least thousands of dollars.

"Don't worry this isn't an engagement ring. This is my sincerity for you. I have never seen a woman like you. As you know, I had been through many relationships and I know how easily heart changes. But, Klasy, you feel different. You're someone who can break me a million times, and I would still be crawling back to you if you ask me to." She took a deep sigh. Right now, she's breathless. What made her deserving of this moment?

" I.. I have never been into a relationship, Theo. I don't know how we will make this work. I don't even know how to look at you. Will you be patient?" She asked buting her lower lip. He couldn't resist kissing her.

"I'll stick by your side until one of us dies. I won't get tired of you. I'll wait for you. I'll let you do your thing, Klasy. Go be successful in the career you want, I will always be at your back cheering the loudest." He pulled the ring out of the box and carefully held her hand.

"You're shaking?!?" She exclaimed and laughed.

"Shhh... let's not voice out embarrassing things like that." He answered blushing as he put the ring on her ring finger.

"So beautiful." She said.

"That's like .0001 pretty compared to you." Here comes his punch line.

"Stop spending for me, Theo. Promise me. I don't feel okay receiving all these."

"No no. You will get used to it. I love you so much." He whispered as he leaned on her for another kiss.

That night, they had a delicious dinner, nice view, and a warm night.
