Ava Once we were inside, Cleo and I made our way into the bathroom to wash our hands. I glanced at her as the water ran over my fingers. “Are you sure me being here is okay? I don’t want to put you out.” Cleo looked at me as though I had just asked the most ridiculous question in the world. “Don’t be silly. I always cook extra when I make meals.
