Chapter 10- 12

                                                                      Shawn

“Aah f**k. Damn mutherfucker” I screamed at my father as he bandaged up my leg.

“What I tell you bout screaming like a b***h bruh. You acting like b***h. I don’t raise bitches, bitches don’t come from my sack.” He said walking over to the sink washing his hands “You get that b***h stuff from your crackhead momma” He snorts the coke he had in his pocket. “How is that b***h anyway”

“I wouldn’t know she moved away again when she found out that you were back in town” My mom was on drugs for a while. She says she started doing it when I was a freshman high school. It was a stress reliever for her, because dad use to beat for anything and everything. If she was late he beat her, one time I saw him beat her so bad that the ambulance had to come get her from the driveway. He beat her in the limo, then pushed her out. Dad came is the house like it was nothing. When he came in I asked him where’s mom he said outside. I thought she was smoking or something. I didn’t notice until I went outside a few hours later to go to a friends house. I called the ambulance. After that my mom left got herself clean. Then she started moving far away from my dad.

“Good. I hate that b***h anyway.”

“You got any work for me I can give Ace”

“Yea” He handed me some pictures

“Who is this” I said looking through the photo’s

“Zeno Wells, he is next in line to be ghost”

“s**t no. I been on his ass for a whole year, he has never been face to face with him.”

“How the hell we supposed get ghost ass then”

“If Zeno dies, ghost will have to come out of hiding to find someone else to take Zeno’s place. When he comes out we set up a plan to kill his ass and become ghost.”

“Ok, ill give the information to ace and have him look into.” I said taking out my phone texting ace the information. I put the papers on the table next to me.

“What are your plans for your b***h ass wife”

“Don’t call her that” This is why I stay away from his ass. He has always hated Sasha and sasha has always hated him. But there is one thing that dad is right about. Sasha could never keep her damn mouth shut.  My dad always said beat her ass when she start talking when your talking. s**t I already saw what mom went through and I wasn’t going to do that.

“She is a b***h. I told you to hit that b***h. But no your ass wanted to be a b***h too. That b***h never knew how to keep her mutherfucking mouth shut.”

“Man f**k you and this s**t” I started walking towards the door.

“f**k you too. I told you not to marry the b***h, that wasn’t part of the plan.” I stopped, turned around looked at him.

“I told you that plan wasn’t f*****g working. She is not in contact with her father. She don’t even know who her father is.”

“Are you sure bout that or is she playing games with your stupid b***h ass.” He said standing up, walking towards me.

“Ima hunet percent”

“I don’t believe you or that b***h. I think she playing your ass. But I got a plan for her ass” He walked to the door, turns to me. “You better not get in my f*****g way. Because I will kill your ass. Son or not, you better choose your battle. You better choose your blood no f*****g matter what.” He walked out the door. I sit on the table, thinking bout this situation I got myself into. My father was never this bad until my uncle died. My uncle was murdered by ghost. From I was told my uncle wanted to steal ghost product because he had the best coke in town. So he took some of his boys to go to ghost lot and steal his coke. Didn’t work out to good cause one of my uncles men sold him out and told ghost. Ghost was at the lot waiting for him. Shot all his boys up, cut up my uncles body and sent my dad the head of my uncle. With a note that read if your not loyal to me then your son will get your head on his door step as well. Ever since then my dad been on a war path to take him down. Now no one can get close to ghost. Everything gets done by phone calls or his guy bird comes by and bird is a different guy each week. And bird hasn’t seen ghost either, bird has to go to secret locations to pick up information and hand them out to people. Ghost had to leave his family. His wife got so sad about him leaving that she got so hooked on drugs that she doesn’t even remember the dudes real name. well that’s the word around the street. Cause dealers have already tried to get ghost out of hiding by getting at his wife but they end eatin by his sharks that are inside his mansion he used to live at. No body goes in there unless you want to be eatin by his sharks.

“Shawn” My dad busted through the doors.

“What?”

“Is there something you want to tell me” looking at him confused. What the f**k is he talking about now.

“So your dumb ass didn’t know that Tanya works for Zeno”

“What?”

“You mean your dumb ass crew didn’t tell you.” He started laughing so hard, his light skinned ass turned red. This mutherfucker made me sick. I walked out the room. Then walked back.

“Where’s my keys?”

“Hell naw, your ass aint going anywhere. Just tell big al to bring whoever you need over here.” I walked over to the intercom that was by the door.

“Big al come to the medical room” A few minutes later he busted through the doors. “I need you to pick up Ace and bring him here.

“Yes sir” He walked out. My dad looks at me.

“Your p***y ass aint gunna do s**t” He laughed while walking out the door. I shook my head, thinking did ace even know this. He couldn’t have, hell I just found out about zeno today. An hour later ace comes walking in through the doors with my dad right behind him.

“What’s up shawn” He dabbed me up

“Ace, did you know that Tanya works with zeno”

“s**t no, what the f**k. I just got the information about zeno not to long ago. I was bout to go to the warehouse to get on that.” POW. Blood spattered all over my face.

“Dad what the f**k is wrong with you.”

“I never like his b***h ass anyway. He could never get anything done right.” I couldn’t even say anything. I looked down at my best friends body. I cant believe my father. “Go clean up we have work to do.”

                                                                                     Zeno

Getting out the shower, thinking about who the hell broke into my warehouse?, who the f**k is this shawn guy?, and why do I feel like there is more to the story about sasha and shawn that tanya is not telling me. I need get more information on this shawn guy.

“Big nate come in my office” I said in the intercom. He knocked on the door. “Come in”

“What you need boss”

“Do you know this guy” I handed him the picture of shawn that I pulled from my security camera, when he was tied up at the warehouse.

“Yeah , I think ghost has ace working for him”

“Well give him a call and find him. I need to see him”

“Ok, Ill get on that now”

“Good” As he walked out. I called tanya on the intercom to come to my office. While I was waiting for her to come to my office. I picked up my phone.

“What’s up” Trey answered

“Nothin, what’s up for today”

“Nothin, just picking up eva up from jail”

“Again, why you keep dealing with her bro. She is just gunna keep going back to the drugs. Unless you put her in rehab.” I said getting on my computer pulling up all my emails.

“If I put her in rehab. She just gunna run again, like last time. I know you gave up on her but I am not gunna give up on her. I promised blue.” Blue and eva were best friends and addicted to crack. We used to tell them sell them weed before they got hooked on crack. We created a real friendship. But before blue died, she had us promise her that we would try my hardest to get eva clean. But at this point I just gave up.

“Your right. What about you talk to her about it. If she agrees to go then ill put some guards there to watch after her.” I said hearing a knock at the door.

“Ok, that sounds like a plan. Ill talk to you later, I am pulling up to the jail. But see you at the gym later” I signed for tanya to come in the office.

“Ight” I said hanging up the phone.

“How is everything going” Tanya said while sitting in the chair across from my desk.

“Not good. Our sales at the store are going down. Again!!” Tanya said laughing.

“What the f**k is so funny”

“Z how many times did I tell you to fire that ho ass b***h chasity. You always see girls ass and not their work back ground. Now you upset cause you loosing money” She said folding her arms like she was a little kid.

“Hell yeah I am mad. I don’t play about my money” I said leaning back in my chair.

“Stop hiring ho ass bitches”

“Well fix it”

“Why do I always have to bail your ass out of situations”

“That’s why I hired you cause I knew you was smart enough to bail me out of these kinds of situations. And when I say smart, I mean you big fat smart ass mouth” She looked at me with those evil eyes. I hate when she does that s**t.

“Fine but how is the party going. What else needs to be done” She said standing up walking towards the door.

“I don’t know. You should check up on that”

“Oh my f*****g GOSH DO I HAVE TO DO EVERY f*****g THING” She walked out the door, stomping down the hallway.

“Calm your pregnant as down” I need to tell trey to come get his baby momma for I choke her to sleep.

Before leaving my office, after getting all my papers work done. I got a call from trivia. When I was about to answer, but I heard a familiar voice. He was planning on killing ghost. Ghost is a man I work for. He is the king of the drug game. Every drug leader has a seat at the table. This table we talk about profit, money and new things to sell. There are 6 drug leaders including me. Last month ghost choose me to take his spot when he retires, which will be really soon. If he is trying to kill ghost then that means one thing. He wants to kill me too. If I get killed hector takes over my spot, now they have declared war.

Pulling in my parking spot at the gym I own. I see trey pull in next to me.

“What’s up bruh” I said getting out my car, dabbing him.

“Nothin much bruh”

“You ready to get this work in before our party”

“You know it” Walking in the gym, all the bitches was eyeing us like we had our d***s out. These bitches were drooling so hard, I thought they were gonna drag us in the bathroom.

“Girl that’s the owner” One girl said while we were walking past.

“s**t I want to hop on that d**k train” Her friend replied

Walking to the back where my office is and where they do yoga. Before we  worked out I always went to the back to check on my books.

“Hi Mr. Smith” My secretary said standing up from her desk. She picks up some papers and handed them to me. “Here’s your papers for the month and if you need anything, just hit your button”

“Ok thank you” I walked in my office and sit at my desk. Trey flops his black ass on my couch.

“You black ass mutherfucker” I said while still filling out my paper work. He was laying down texting someone. “Who the f**k you texting”

“Tanya”

“You never told me what the deal was with yall”

“Bruh it’s a long story. A story I don’t feel like talking about”

“You sound like a b***h right now.”

“Man whatever. I just want to know how the hell this happened”

“What the f**k you mean how this happen? You know the birds and the bees. You know where to put the eggplant or notorious B.I.G as I call mines.”

“Shut the f**k up. What you gonna do about this baby.”

“I am gonna do what have to do. Take care of my kid. I just wish she would stop playing games and pick up her damn phone.”

“Give her some time she will talk to you when she is ready.”

“Well I don’t have f*****g time” He was so mad, his ass left me and started working out before me. After doing all my paper work. I worked out with trey for 2 hours and headed back to my crib.

                                                                              Tanya

Waking up, still feeling tired. Since I found out I was pregnant, which has been 8 weeks ago. Its been scary. I haven’t told sasha or mom yet. I am scared what they are going to say. I know that they will be there for me, I just don’t want them to be disappointed in me. She will probably make me move back in. After getting out the shower, I heard a light knock on the door.

“Come in” It’s probably sasha ass. Not even turning around, I put on my bra and panties.

“Damn” Turning around real quick.

“Trey what in the hell” After turning around and seeing him just standing there looking at me, my stomach filled with butterflies.

“I am sorry. I didn’t mean to scare you, but you did say come in”

“I did. Hold on, just sit down. Ill be right back.” I went in the bathroom, that is in my room. I brushed my hair in a ponytail. Took my white silky robe off the hook and put it on.

“Ok what you need” I said sitting in a chair that was next to the bed, where he was sitting.

“We need to talk about this baby.”

“Look I am sorry I haven’t been texting you back. I just been doing some thinking to get my head wrapped around all of this. I still haven’t told my mom.”

“I will go with you to tell your mom if you want”

“No I have to do that one alone but I will let her meet you just give me time.”

“Ok ill give you that. When is your next doctors appointment?”

“In 2 weeks”

“Ok I am coming”

“Ok” He gets up and walks toward me to give me a hug.

“Umm trey.”

“Yess”

“You need to go home and shower, your gunna make me throw up. You stink, s**t. Your killing me and the baby. Poor baby wondering what he or she is smelling” I said waving my hands back and fourth.

“The baby is a boy and I don’t stink that bad.”

“You and zeno think it’s a boy. What if it’s a girl.”

“Then we locking her in the closet away from boys”

“What the f**k ever”

“Anyway will you be my date for tonight?”

“I don’t know that smell. I cant think.” I said laughing.

“You crazy, I see you later tonight. We will be riding with zeno and his girl”

“Well my girl is riding with us to. I invited her a while back.”

“Ok, that’s cool I’ll let zeno know” He walked out the door. I walked over to my dresser, pulling out some clothes to put on. Since I am staying at zeno’s house until he feels its safe. So the good thing about that is I get to work from his house. He doesn’t want coming in. I put on some black leggings with a blue jean tube top that showed a little of my stomach. I walked to sasha room down the hall. I could hear her on the phone.

“Mommy I’ll talk to you later. I am going to play” Rain said I opened sasha’s door and hoped on her bed.

“I told you, she is ok girl. Leave us alone. I gotta start cooking us some lunch. I’ll call you in the mourning” Mom said

“Bye mom love you” I said

“Love you too tanya”

“Love you mom” Sasha said

“Love you too sasha” Sasha hung up the phone and put it down on the nightstand next to her.

“So what you wearing to the party tonight” I asked

“I don’t know yet really”

“Me either. But I was bout to eat something first then I was bout to get started on my hair and make-up” She looked at me with a crazy look, like I was missing something. “What?”

“Is there something you have to tell me. Because you said you needed to tell me something and it sounded important”

“Yeah, well umm, I am umm”

“Tanya”

“I am pregnant” I blurted out. She keeps staring at me. s**t why wont she say something.

“I know” Wait, what did she just say? How the hell did she know. My pregnancy test was in my lockbox drawer no one knows about.

“How did you know?”

“Girl you were eating grippo’s and pickles together. You hate pickles. You even hate the smell of them.”

“I know.” I laughed “Guess I can’t hide nothing from you” Before she could say something, there was a knock at the door.

“Who is it? s**t” I said

“Man that baby got you acting real rude and nasty lately” Zeno said walking in the room.

“Shut yo ass up. I talk like this all the time” I laughed

“Ok. Just to let both of you know the limo will be here at 10. So you better be ready. Tanya!! Talking to you. Your ass always late. But this time I will leave without your ass.” I was shaking my head. I don’t take that long. Plus how can you put a time limit on this. It takes time to get this sexy ass ready.

“Get out” I threw the pillow at him. Of course his big ass caught it. He throws it back on the bed and walks out.

“Well I better go eat then get ready”

“Yeah, go feed my baby. I am gonna get in the shower” She hoping up out the bed getting her towel from out her dresser drawer. “Oh when is your first doctors appointment”

“In 2 weeks”

“Ok I am going with you, unless the baby daddy is coming”

“Yeah he said he is going to come.” I said hiding my face expression.

“b***h you hiding something. And I can feel it is some hot tea. Now spill it, and you better not burn me” She laughed

“My baby daddy is Zeno’s best friend trey”

“What!!”

“Short story we met at the club and of course you know I don’t use my real name with guys I see at the club. So when I was at work in zeno’s office going over some stuff. When he came in his office and I heard his voice, girl I couldn’t breath. I really wanted jump out the window”

“s**t, I knew this was gunna be hot tea. But damn, you didn’t have to boil it” We both started laughing.

“On that note I am gunna go eat. I’ll see you downstairs. Love you” I said getting up from the bed and walking out.
