Alice attempted to soothe her, but Skylar unleashed a barrage of questions.
"What's the deal with the secrecy? When was the wedding? Why was I kept in the dark? How did Mr. Kingston become the groom? How long have you two been acquainted? Any hush-hush dating going on? Who else is in on this? Why the silence until now?"
