When Lyanna went to bed she couldn't stop thinking about what Alder has told her when she found out she's a werewolf: "If you have a true best friend the transformation will be easier." But she felt like she was dying and if that was easier then she didn't want experience what it was like without a best friend. She started wondering how did Alder experience his transformation. He once told her that the witch cursed him before his first transformation and at that time no one wanted to be a friend with a wolf. One thought led to another and she ended up thinking about her real parents: why did they let her in the front door, do they miss her, was the real reason they send her away to protect her, will she ever meet them, does she has any siblings, does her real family has to do something with the people she sees in her dreams that appear so often that she can almost see their faces. All of these things were running around Lyanna's head and when she looked at the clock it was almost midnight. That's the last thing she remembered when she woke up in the ground with a head ache.
Like every morning Lyanna had a shower, got dressed and then went downstairs to eat breakfast thinking that today she should talk with Alder and Catherine about what she thought last night.
"Morning."-she said coming down the stairs.
"Morning Lyanna did you sleep well?"-Addison asked as usual with a sweet smile on his face.
"Yeah, but I woke up on the ground."-she answered scratching her head which was still hurting.
"The post arrived sooner"-said Catherine coming into the kitchen- "Brunt's Boarding House', your school, send us a letter of equipment you will be needing. So after you eat get ready and then we're going in Thornhill to buy everything you need for school. Get ready fast, because Alder is waiting for us there. Am I clear?"
"Yes ma'am!"-said everyone in unison laughing.
"Anything else my dear?"-said Addison with a silly voice.
"Yes. Stop talking. You will eat slower if you keep talking."
After finishing eating Lyanna got ready really fast and went to Catherine to talk about last night.
"Good Lyanna you're dressed! Could you get the shopping bag?"-said Catherine while wearing a nice yellow jacket.
Lyanna approached the shelf, got the bag and she said: "Are they witches?"
"What?"
"My parents are they witches?"
"I don't know sweetheart."
"Do they miss me?"
"Of course they do. Every parent loves their children more than anyone else can ever love them. Where did you get this thought?"
"Last night I was thinking about this then I thought I may have siblings and if they are witches I might see them at 'Brunt Boarding House', it's a silly thought I know, but I think it would feel good just to know them."
"Oh sweetheart, that's not a silly thought at all, I don't know if they are witches. All I know is what they wrote in the letter, but if they are I hope you will meet them"-holding Lyanna's hand really tight.
"Well then are you ready? Alder is waiting for us at Thornhill"-said Addison from the door. "ETHAN! ETHAN COME DOWN!"
"I'm coming dad."
They went to Thornhill by train. Luckily there was a direct line that went straight to Thornhill. Thornhill was the center of United Cities Republic and it had all the best shops. They met Alder in front of the broomsticks shop. After buying everything they needed like school books, brooms, uniforms, leather bags and feathers Lyanna and Ethen went around to see if there was something else they wanted.
"Well, have fun, we'll be at "Delicious da Noah" -said Catherine waving at them because Lyanna and Ethan already left.
Thornhill had amazing things for everyone, however Lyanna and Ethan were only interested in one shop "Storks" the pranks shop. It had some pretty cool stuff. There was a whole wall just for things that make you look like a werewolf, that's not what Lyanna was interested in -she could have those once a month without even paying- but anyways she went there. Looking at those eye-color-changer pills was standing a really familiar boy, the same boy that appeared in her dreams, so she went and started to talk to him.
"Hey. Do you find these things interesting?"
"Yeah, yeah I really do, what about you? You like this stuff?"
"Kind of. I'm Lyanna by the way."-said Lyanna before she extended her hand to meet the boy.
"I'm Harry, Harry Salvador. So are you going to the 'Brunt Boarding House'?
"Yeah. Since you asked me I'm guessing you're going there too. Right?"
"Yeah. I can't wait. My older brothers graduated there to."-Harry said, his face changed immediately like he regretted giving that information.
Before Lyanna could say anything Ethan called.
"Hey I bought some stuff if you don't want anything let's go."
"I'm coming"- said Lyanna then turned to Harry- "so see you at school?"
"Yeah, of course!"-he responded as Lyanna left.
The instant Lyanna and Ethan set foot out of Stork's Ethan started calling her "lovebird".
"Oh, come on it was barely 5 minutes and he is going to the same school as we are and it's good to have some friends in school before you go there."
"Well first you have me and second if he is just someone you want to be friends with then why are you so red now."
"First I'm not red, second you're different. You're like... I grew up with you so it's not the same as...as...with someone else...I mean we basically live together and third..."-said Lyanna waking faster than Ethan.
"First yes you are and second since when does that matter? Third, I don't care what your third was."-he asked when he caught up with her.
"Since...listen I want to have some other friends too; I suggest you do the same."
"Yeah, why didn't you talk to others but just that one, huh, I tell you, 'cause you love him!"-said Ethan teasing her even more.
"I don't know anything except his name is Harry Salvador and he's going to the same school as we are."
"Oh, you also know his last name, that's a good start."-he said laughing and walking a bit faster.
Ethan was sure they were lost, but soon Lyanna showed the entrance to "Delicious da Noah".
"Delicious da Noah" was a quite fancy place. On a table exactly in the middle of the restaurant were waiting Catherine, Addison and Alder.
"So you find anything interesting?"-asked Catherine always smiling.
"Well I bought some stuff from Stork's while Lyanna found herself a boyfriend."
"It's not funny anymore. I just found someone to talk to while you got everything you wanted."-said Lyanna as she pulled the chair.
"Oh, no I didn't get everything I wanted, I just didn't have any more money to buy the others."-Ethan responded when he sat down.
After orderind Lyanna quietly said to Alder:
"When can I stop turning on Full Moons?"
"That is what you are thinking about right now?"-he asked. Lyanna just stared at him with a serious look and Alder said "We'll get to that. But you should enjoy every moment of your life not waste it thinking about one night a month."
"Those one nights are part of my life too."-she whispered looking down at her plate.
The next morning at home Lyanna had a terrible headache. She had a bad feeling, however the others just said that she was being a little dramatic and that she probably just didn't sleep well. Lyanna didn't want to worry so she simply agreed with them, but deep inside she still had that bad feeling.
