CHAPTER VI The Sorting Room

They made their way from the station to the school with the school bus. On the bus there were mostly first years and they were really enthusiastic about going to the school, it didn't take long until kids started talking about which house will they get in. Some kids from the third year explained to the first years how they will be sorted.

When the buss arrived at the school there were 12 other busses. Professor John called all the first years while the others went inside.

"All first years, come with me."-he called.

Professor John and all the first years went to the courtyard, with a move of his hand John opened a hole on the ground and some stairs appeared. Downstairs they all found themselves in a dark room with some purple lights and a red door.

"All right, on the other side of that door is the sorting room, there you will be sorted onto your house Tigers or Eagles. When you are sorted one door will be open and you will find yourself in your house's common room. During your years here you will be part of that house. Now when I call your name I want you to enter the room"-Professor John said as he opened the list of the names.

The first one to be called was Harry Salvador, it took 2 minutes for the red door to open again. When Lyanna looked in the room she saw no doors and no Harry this made her with stomachache.

After Harry was Chloe Wood and Tessa Poyle. After them it was Ethan's turn. When the door opened again professor John called Lyanna.

Lyanna got a little scared; she had no idea what would be waiting for her on the other side. When she entered the small room the door shut behind her. 2 minutes past in total silence than a dry male voice shouted: Tigers! A door opened and she got inside, she saw Harry, Chloe and other students but not Ethan, that could mean only one thing: Ethan was chosen from the Eagles.

After she met with the other students she sat next to Harry. She was really sad that Ethan wasn't there, she felt so alone. She didn't realize that 2 other minutes had past and another student came in. A tall boy with blonde hair, Mike Melton.

When Mike found a place to sit, a tall girl with straight brown hair and with the school uniform stud up and started talking:

"Hello, everybody! Welcome to another year at "Brunt Boarding House". First years I wish you a dazzling year. My name is Angelica Anderson and I'm the head of Tigers, if there's something you need help with don't hesitate to ask me, but of course all tigers are here to help and I know we will get along so good like we always do. So, does anybody have any questions?

Harry raised his hand and Angelica pointed at him.

"So, what's up with the houses? Why are we separated?"

"Because it's fun, you'll see, everything is a competition and the eager to win is just so good."-A guy from 4th year responded.

"All right now that there are no more questions I'd like to add a few things for the first years. First all of your clothes are in your rooms, you are separated in rooms of 3. Second on your tables you'll find a pen, without that you can't get in this hall room and don't trust Eagles with them, through the years they have tried to get in here a lot of times. Third the basement is strictly f*******n for all the students. And fourth don't miss the dinner tonight, it gets so beautiful every year."-cheered Angelica.

Then they all went to their rooms to get ready for the dinner. Lyanna was in room with Chloe Wood and Leah Cullen who remarkably asked a lot of questions.
