“What is all this?” I asked my brother as I read the reports about today’s state meeting.
“The kings from the alliance had decided to meet the elders regarding their kingdom’s future instead of directly meeting the current ruler. The kings mentioned thy it was hard for them to meet the empress even before the incident. That is why they decided to consult the elders instead. The reports consist of their demands, and the elders had agreed upon it without discussing the matter with me.” The elders decided to take action in my absence, huh? I didn’t know those bastards were itching to die that badly.
