When Chase sent me the mind link to come get Astrid I was obviously panicked thinking something terrible had happened. However when I walked in and saw her eyes I had to admit I was a little terrified; they were completely black. I don't mean just her iris' but even the whites were gone. We were going to have to talk about this later. I quickly turned my mind to celebrating Reggie and Tessa's wedding tomorrow and the dinner tonight.
