I smelled Luke's tantalizing scent and knew I was surely still dreaming. I blinked my eyes open and tried to adjust myself but felt a heavy pressure and noticed an arm resting on my hip and a hand resting on my belly. I looked back and saw Luke's precious face. I lifted his arm and hand and turned around to face him. I gave him a light kiss on his lips and felt him stir awake. His eyes snapped open and I could see they were red and puffy like he had been crying. "Astrid I am so sorry!" He said as tears started building in his eyes again.
