I was worried and my heartbeat was completely abnormal. I returned from chasing Brianna panting like I had just completed a marathon.
I shot an evil look at Ares, who was still inside the house. The party had quickly become a shadow of itself, and no one was in the mood to party anymore.
“What is it with the stare? Are you going to hit me?” He sneered. I was pissed. To think he wasn't remorseful a bit for his actions.
