Not able to sleep

Kevin's POV

Today we are going on the trip . I want to sit beside Emily today and want to talk to her about so many things . I was packing my bag when " Hey Kevin I will wait for you in the bus " James said and left the room . After I completed packing my bag I went to the bus . I was so happy that I was gonna sit with Emily . I got into the bus Emily was not in the bus but James was there . " hey James where is Emily " I asked . " I think she'll be here in no time " James said . " alright " I said and went towards an empty seat and waited for Emily to get into the bus. Emily got into the bus " Emily " I shouted and Emily just waved at me and sat beside James .

I felt sad about whatever happened but then I decided not to care. The bus was almost full everyone was sitting together but I was not able to see where Sophia was. I was searching for Sophia when she got into the bus . She wanted to sit beside her friends but there were already sitting in pairs ,so I called her out and asked her to sit beside me . " well why were you sitting alone " Sophia asked. " well I like it this way don't you ? " I asked. " well I also like it that way " she said and then

" Ok then I will find another seat " she said and was about to get up when I grabbed her hand and " Hey did you think I wanted you to go away ....if I didn't wanted you to sit beside me I wouldn't have called you here in first place ... now sit down " I said and made her sit next to me . We both then started listening to music and she fell asleep soon. I kind of felt good when she sat beside me it felt like I also have friend who won't ignore me and that kind of felt more than enough to me. Her head suddenly fell on my shoulder ' she is sleeping so soundly' I thought. After awhile I also fell asleep .

Sophia's POV

We reached the location by night . Our HM started dividing rooms, in each room only two members can stay. Jessica and Sienna took one room and Emily took a room with someone else . I was not in a mood to fight for room but I also didn't want to stay alone after having that deadly dream . After they divided everyone into different rooms I was the only one left . " anyone still left " HM asked. " well Sophia didn't get a room " Kevin said . " Oh Sophia you didn't get a room " HM asked.

" yes sir " I replied. " as everyone already paired up you don't have anyone to share the room with you , you need to stay alone is it fine by you ? " HM asked . " yes sir I can manage " I said and took the keys . " hey Sophia ..you ok ? " Kevin asked . " yeah I am fine you don't have to worry about me , worry about yourself " I said arrogantly and started walking towards my room . I just had a sandwich and went to bed . I tried sleeping but I was not able to , so I thought of taking a small walk . I came out from the place where we were staying and start walking towards the beach . The fresh air was hitting my cheeks and it felt really nice. I sat on the sand and was enjoying the weather when " Hey Sophia what are you doing here " Kevin appeared infront of me. " Wow you scared me " I said. He sat beside me " So what are you doing " he asked again. " I was not able to sleep so just came out for fresh air and what are you doing here " I asked. " Same reason " he said . " Seems like we always have common reasons " I said. " I guess so too " he said. " Hey Kevin ! I am sorry about earlier , for being so arrogant " I apologized . " it's alright , you seemed tensed so I was a bit worried " he said. " well now I am good and thanks for worrying " I said with a smile . " Oh your Welcome " he said and started rubbing his neck in embarrassment . "Hehe...don't feel embarrassed Kevin " I started laughing . " Hey I was not embarrassed and stop laughing " he said annoyingly . " Ok I believe you " I said sarcastically .

" Oh man why do you have to tease me all the time sophia" he said. " Because it's fun " I said and started walking . " hey wait for me " he got up and ran towards me .

We took a small walk and they went back to our rooms . Now again I was not able to sleep but this time the reason was different it was Kevin this time . I kept thinking about him , about the way he makes me laugh while doing all crazy talks and the way he gets irritated when I tease him . ' Hey Sophia stop thinking about him' I told myself again and again . I don't know why I kept thinking about him and in the end I fell asleep in confusion .
