Worth It
Si Irisha ang pumili kung saan kami kakain ng lunch. She chose a famous fast food chain restaurant that appeals most to kids. Even though we could afford to eat outside often, hindi ko siya sinasanay na kumain sa fast foods dahil nakakasama ‘yon sa kalusugan. As much as possible, I wanted her to live a healthy lifestyle. It’s okay to indulge in unhealthy foods once in a while, but it should be done moderately.
And since it’s the first time for the father and daughter to eat outside, I considered it like some kind of a special day. I didn’t oppose Irisha's decision. Mukhang hindi rin naman papayag ang kanyang ama na hindi siya masusunod. Ishmael was willing to spoil her. Sa tingin ko’y matagal-tagal din bago huminto si Ishmael sa pagiging sunud-sunuran sa anak.
