Dragon Territory

Angel

I leave The Blue Water Territory and head to the waterfalls in the maze of mountains. I finally got to the waterfalls where we had agreed to meet if we ever needed each other for any reason.

I get out of the jeep and start building a fire. When that's done I hold my shoulder over the fire to heat the tattoo. Before long I heard a sound coming from behind the falls, then I saw Blaze walk through the falling water.

"Did you miss me that much? We haven't even been gone for a month yet." Blaze said with a smirk.

"You know it man." I said as I put out the fire and sat on a rock that looked like a bench.

"So whats the urgency, or did you just get bored and need a change of atmosphere? "Blaze said.

I explained everything that has happened since I have been home. Even the details about smelling my mate and not finding her yet.

Blaze thinks for a minute and says," You are gonna have to come to the dragon territory to meet with my dad(the dragon king), But you are not going to be able to bring the jeep."

"We can leave the jeep here for the return trip. I will just grab my bag and I will be ready. I said.

"I hope its waterproof. "Blaze says with a smile. I grab my bag and we head toward the falls and walk through the middle part. No one has ever seen the dragon territory and lived to tell anyone about it.

I noticed as we went through the falls his eyes glowed a rainbow of colors. The next thing I know I feel like I walk through a barrier. Blaze looks at me, " We have to be cautious as well, there are all sorts of animals that would hurt us for our skills, scales and magic properties that we hold."

"I understand , I wish we had a similar barrier at home to protect the pack." I said.

I looked around kind of confused by what I was seeing. We were standing in a meadow that seemed to stretch forever.

"Not what you expected huh?" Blaze asked

"No offense but this is not what I expected at all." I said with a laugh.

Out of nowhere, I see a blue dragon headed straight for us. It looked like a bullet shooting across the sky about to hit us. Then it stopped and landed right before us.

Blaze looked at it then to me, let me introduce my mate Delinda.

In the blink of an eye the dragon transformed into a beautiful woman. Blaze went over and took her hand," Dalinda this is Angel, His name does him no justice. He has been mine many times on missions."

Delinda's face went from confusion to knowing as she came over to me. I admit I was a little worried but the next thing I know she wraps her arms around me in a hug that felt more like a death squeeze.

Blaze pulled her away with a smile," hey love, you dont want to kill our guest he is not as durable as us."

I coughed once and said," Its a pleasure to meet you and finally be able to put a beautiful face to your name from all the stories I have been told."

Blaze quickly gives her a run down of what has been happening and she nods and we follow her to an enormous castle. When the doors open all I see at first is a large winding staircase. Then I hear a booming voice.

"Who is here?"

Blaze lets me know its his dad,"Father its me, Dalinda and I have a friend here from the academy, He has come to ask for assistance with a problem we may be able to help with."

"Is that so. Well first off how is it he knows where to find us?" the king said coming down the stairs.

"Because we have made an unbreakable bond with each other. We were as close as brothers could be on the missions and we were the unstoppable force. He also has saved my ass countless times and I his." Blaze says.

"Well in that case, bring him in and come to the den and lets discuss what he has come here for, since he has protected my lineage while abroad." The King says.

We all went into the room and sat on this enormous sectional. I explained the situation at home and he understood.

"My son would be able to help, he also knows the risks of being off of our territory and using his abilities around others. "king said

"He wouldnt have to use them unless absolutely necessary." I added

"Hey, I have a say in this, you know. It is about me." Blaze chimed in.

"Yes son and how do you feel going into a werewolf pack to help fight a witch and the rogue king?" the king asked.

" I think going would be a good thing for all species, for example. If the rogue king does get power over all other werewolf packs, whats stopping him there? People like him are looking to gain more power. Who's to say he wouldnt try to go after other creatures and try to rule all the super natural creatures." Blaze says.

"You make a good point," the king said," and we would have a favor from Angel if we ever needed help in the future."

"Then its agreed, I will come and assist as much as I can. Now let me show you our territory and you can see how we train and survive." Blaze smiles.

Blaze showed me around the training grounds. They were training in human form and off in the distance they were training in dragon forms flying and shooting different things at the dummy targets.

"How many different types of dragons are there here? "I asked.

"There are ice, fire, poison, and crystal dragons. They all shoot the ability with the exception of the crystal dragon. Those dragons shoot crystal scales at their targets." Blaze says.

I noticed that their training is similar to our training. After seeing everything it was starting to get late and we really needed to head back if we were going to make it back to werewolf territory by tomorrow.

We went back to the castle and ate dinner. Blaze went to get packed. Then we headed toward the falls entrance we came through. We made it back to the jeep and headed out.
