A couple of weeks before the disappearance of Venus, Victor had come into his office in the Netherlands' Council for the Protection of Magickal Practitioners, better known as Raad (Rede in English). His personal office was located on the sixth floor of a tall building that belonged to the Organization, in The Hauge, South Holland. This organization in which Victor really worked was a witch and sorcerers' council that was born in the Netherlands in 1848, when a group of witch gentlemen that were part of the Parliament, vowed to protect any person that was born and followed the path of Magick, no matter which path that one was, based on the idea that there are as many paths as magick practitioners.
