Misty began to wake up; the feeling of her head moving startled her, so she jumped up in shock. She looked around in confusion as she attempted to figure out why she was asleep on Aiden’s shoulder. She winced in embarrassment as the events of the previous evening came back to her. A smile filled her face as she remembered that he just held her, and let her cry it out, he didn’t judge. She located a blanket covered him up, placed a kiss on his cheek, then crept out of the room. Across the hall, she entered her room, showered, dressed, and went downstairs to the kitchen. With a breakfast plate in hand, she pulled up a chair at one of the tables containing a group of pack members.
