Silence overwhelmed the armies as they stared at the cliffside where Sasha and Trevor had fallen. The only sound that could be heard was the howls of loss coming from Kendrick’s wolf and the sobbing coming from Misty. Aiden slowly fell to his knees and stared at the cliff in shock and sadness.
“Lock, you need to talk to these packs. Then, I will send someone to fetch Sasha so we can bury her,” David said as he knelt by Aiden and placed a hand on his shoulder for comfort.
