The alarm on a phone rings. Seth reached for it and looked at the time. It was 5 in the afternoon. He finished taking a bath and already brushed his teeth. He was already dressed, grabbed his bag and locked his room. He is staying on the 3rd floor of an apartment, an old building. He needs to prepare himself for work two hours prior due to Manila's traffic status. Well, it is worse. And you can not afford to get late for work. He is taking the metro train everyday. And since 5pm is already rush hour, he needs to join a long queue of passengers, and a train carriage full of them as well. He is working as a call center agent for a BPO company that is providing a service for an American account. So he needs to work in a graveyard shift in the Philippines to meet the time difference. He arrived at the workplace. He still have 20 minutes to grab a coffee before taking the elavator up to the 19th floor. "Good morning, Seth!", greeted Joseph, his team mate. They are sharing the same bay. "Good morning, bro." Seth replied. "You seem not in your usual mood, bro," Joseph said, noticing Seth's reply.
