"You were right." Ethan muttered, grabbing his jacket with clipped movements. "Let's leave this place." Marcel blinked, startled by the sudden shift. "Wait—what's going on? Did you see Alex? He came by looking for you." Ethan's eyes blazed. His chest rose and fell rapidly, anger radiating off him in waves. "Let's just go. Somewhere else."
