CHAPTER 25Terry Hines visited the Old Crom, his favorite Irish pub. Some of the millions spent on it went to creating an old cottage and a museum room that offered a history of Irish pub culture. Since he had last visited this Atlanta pub, it had been remodeled slightly and the outdoor fireplace seating expanded. Hines took a seat inside the cottage room at one of five stools along a dark oak bar. He turned sideways to glance at two yuppie couples sitting at low tables near the stacked stone fireplace in the corner. It was early and the house band, The Charms, wasn’t due to start playing for another hour.
