L: Deer Season (5)

1510 Words
The blow was tremendous and caused Hanibal to rise through the air and fall violently to the ground. John smiled when he saw that he had been able to connect a strong blow on his enemy. Troy appeared at Johan’s side. The sweat surrounded his entire body, and his breathing was loud and agitated. His legs were shaking, but his face was showing a big smile. Johan watched him and said, “That was impressive!” “Don’t expect me to do it again...” Troy said with a dry smile. Both men smiled when they saw how Hanibal stood up. Johan was surprised to see that he had been able to withstand that attack, but he was sure that he had caused a lot of damage. The assassin stood up, turning his back on the two young men and turning around, showed an expression that neither of them had seen on him. Hanibal was furious. His gaze was fixed, and his eyes were on Johan. On his chest, a chain mail appeared under his torn shirt. The blonde stepped in front of them, and his gaze suddenly relaxed to show his trademark smile and say, “I suppose I took you lightly.” When he said that, his face stood serious without a smile and without expression of hatred, then added, “It will not happen again.” And with those words, the young man took a knife that he kept in his pants and placed himself in a combat position. His expression was simple and white, but his gaze was gripping such intensity that Troy and Johan felt a chill creep up their spine. The environment changed completely. Hanibal, the assassin, would now fight seriously. The electric shock Jack had received was powerful but not enough to knock him out. Instead, the boy was now really angry. When he got up, he saw in front of him how the Deer was watching him. That was the objective of this raid, to find and take the Deer with them. But now, there was something more for him. The boy who had knocked him down had to pay for what he did. Karen watched her opponent with intensity. The girl looked back at him and saw Deer’s back for moments that was concentrating on his partner. She knew he was the target, but something told her that she would have to finish off the blonde first in order to be able to get to him. Karen prepared to attack her, she had her weapon in her hand and made a gesture to lift it, but the young woman in front of her raised her right hand and a powerful slingshot out in the direction of Karen. The young woman felt the power of the sling and her body rose through the air, landed in a loud way, and she thought of taking her weapon, but another sling was preparing to leave the hands of her enemy. The young woman became invisible and got out of the way of that attack. The Deer turned his gaze and looked with surprise at the girl who had attacked Karen, he did not know her, but it would be a problem if she managed to defeat the royal guard. She suddenly heard Jack’s voice which was saying. “You shouldn’t be distracted, Deer!!” The young man, without looking at his opponent again, dropped to his knees on the ground avoiding the blow that Jack was trying to deliver. Once on the ground, the Deer turned on his back and made the distance between him and his enemy. Jack saw the Deer turning on his back, and one of his arms grew considerably with which he took two desks that were close to him and threw them on the Deer. He evaded them as best as he could by turning and moving from the spot, but now another arm of his opponent was getting unusually large. “You are dead!” The man yelled as he pounced on the Deer with two arms out of proportion. The Deer took the knife with his symbol. That was the only weapon that he had taken out of the car for the haste and prepared to fight back. He stopped time and saw how the man was heading towards him, the weight of his arms caused him to lean forward, and his running had little balance. Knocking him down would not be a problem, he slowed downtime, and with speed, he ran towards his attacker, he flung himself up to his legs trying to sweep his base away, but Jack predicted that move and leaping upheld his body with his huge arms and swaying like a gorilla hitting the Deer with his legs. The Deer felt the blow and lost control of his movement. He rolled a little on the ground until he collided with a chair. The young man looked at Jack, who was smiling wildly, and said, “You’re not one of those who run away, are you?” The Deer looked at Jack with caution, but that was an honest question. The man’s attention was directed towards the office where Jerome and Nicol were—looking towards the office. Slevin said, “I’m coming, friend, and now we’re done...” And with those words using one of his huge arms, he attacked directly towards the glass wall, destroying it on contact. The Deer deduced what was that subject wanted and knew that he had to act. Without thinking too much, he stood up and went towards Jack only to feel how a strong wave shook his balance and raised him from the ground, making him collide violently with another of the glass walls of that cubicle. The crystals were totally destroyed, and when the Deer fell to the ground, a huge mass of broken glass fell on him. The entire floor was covered by crystals, and when the girl entered through the hole that she had made, she stood on several of them, breaking them. The young woman smiled to herself and watched as the Deer began to stand up. “You shouldn’t neglect yourself, love...” The Deer stood up, and the young woman instantly crouched down and, placing both hands on the ground, released a sling of such power that she rose into the air almost six feet. The sling shook all the crystals on the ground, but mainly its contact with the floor spread throughout the place, lifting the Deer and throwing him further away, but even more flying an invisible Karen who began her attack to the remaining glass wall, smashing it. The smiling young woman turned and looked at Karen as she stomped on the crystals on the ground, breaking them and making them rattle. “Invisible or not, you are no match for Gia Mings!” Gia looked again at Karen, who saw something behind her. This turned her sight and what she saw was a Slevin jumping in the air and kicking that girl’s face with such force that she fell to the ground completely unconscious. Karen looked at Slevin, who began to run towards the office, and watched as he used the corpse of the man who was going through walls to hide her steps and approach the young woman without her noticing. The Deer sped into the office only to see Jack holding Jerome with both hands by the neck as he strangled him. Nicol was on the ground pointing a gun at Jack while she cried. The Deer tackled the man, who now had his huge hands around Jerome’s neck. When the Deer hit him, he did not move an inch, as the mercenary began to hit his abdomen with force but without success. The subject’s abdomen was so muscular now that it seemed like the Deer was hitting solid stone. The Deer took his knife and was about to stab Jack’s abdomen, he saw it and moved his hand to attack him, but the Deer ducked to evade and stabbed his knife into his opponent’s foot. Jack let out a scream and, releasing his grip, gave Jerome a chance to defend himself, and taking Jack’s face with both hands. He unleashed a volley so powerful that it sent his enemy flying against the wall and embedded him in it. Jerome fell flat on the ground, looked at the Deer, and smiled. He said, “Thanks, dude.” The Deer smiled, and seeing Jack defeated, and he said, “You beat him...” But at the end of that sentence, a strange force raised him against the ceiling and whipped him so hard that the Deer immediately lost consciousness. Jack watched as the young man fell completely unconscious on the ground and saw how a young woman was entering the office. The boy tried to raise his hand, but the young woman pointed him with hers and raised him in the air, whipping him with much less violence than the Deer against the floor.
