The girl walked away smiling and with her hands clasped behind her back as Troy Simon and Slevin watched her getaway. Troy turned his serious gaze to Simon, and then with a smile, he said, “That will not be easy for you, friend.” The three of them smiled, and Troy staring at Slevin, said, “Deer... respect, man.” And with those words, he offered her a hand. The Deer took it without hesitation and held it tightly. They both looked at each other for a second, and Troy continued, “Take care. You guys are welcome in the neighborhood whenever you want. Come by the bar.
