Best of Friends

    "Nat!" Sofia yells as she runs towards Natalia.  She walks like she's running just to catch her best friend.

    "Hey!" Natalia said, surprised that she saw her best friend.

    "What are you doing here? I thought you're not going anywhere when i asked you this morning?" Natalie questions her best friend.  She stares at her best friend, still confuse on what is going on.

    "Surprise!" Sofia exclaims.  Natalia gives her best friend a curious look as to why her best friend said such a word.  She even look at her hand thinking maybe she is going to give her something for her first day of school.

    "I don't understand..where is it?" Natalia asks her best friend.  Sofia turns around showing her back pack and uniform.  It did not register on Natalia's head that she is in fact wearing a school uniform.  For some reason Natalia thought that Sofia was wearing the Vanderbilt's uniform.

    "Is this the surprise that you were talking about last night?" Natalia asks.  Sofia nodded and embrace her and hook her arm to Natalia's arm.  They both walk together in the pathway near the school parking lot.

    Natalia and Sofia know each other since childhood.  Elizabeth was in fact the one who hired the Williams as a gardener 4 years ago when Mr. William lost his job at the Cabbot's mansion.  The William's did not move in the Vanderbilt's mansion until just this summer after Sofia's middle school graduation.  Sofia and Natalia together took an entrance exam and applied for scholarship at the Cambridge.  Natalia was the only one who received the acceptance letter and that is why they both figured that maybe Sofia did not make it to the cut.

    Cambridge high school is one of the most popular school in the country.  It is believed that even though a student did not graduate with honors the student will still get accepted from any prestigious university.  Most of the students are from a wealthy family, they are all aiming to be the most successful in their field.  The student population was almost divided by two; students who put their nose on the their books and students who put their nose on somebody else's business.  The only one thing in common is that everybody is competitive.  Sports, arts and academically speaking, everybody is skilled since money is not a problem for all the student except of course the scholars.

    Natalie and Sofia stops in the middle of the school entrance.  Although they may be friends and get a long a lot with each other they still have a different goals in life. Natalia wanted to be the most successful business woman.  She wanted to prove that not only men can become a successful in businesses but also a woman can do the same.  Sofia on the other hand wanted to become the world's renowned surgeon.  She was dreaming of becoming a surgeon since when she was little and made a promise to her grand mother that when she become one senior citizens will not have to pay for a surgery fees.

    "This is Nat!" she sigh as she look up the school name.

    "This is Fia, we got this!" Natalia says as she empowers each other.

    "I'll see you at work later Nat!" Sofia hug her best friend.

    "Good luck to us!" as she hugs her best friend back.
