I was filled with guilt and nothing but guilt and even though I shouldn't be feeling guilty, my heart kept palpitating in fear because of the possibility that she might report me to the Luna.
To think that she was even there with the Luna made my heartbeat increase rapidly with every passing second. Earlier, she had jolted me out of my thoughts when she told me that she was with the Luna. I instantly knew that she was trying to wreak havoc and I had to go there before she spills something that would cause my heart to palpitate in fear.
"What does she want from me, why is she doing all of this? What have I done to deserve all of this?" I muttered to myself, hastening my step as I walked into the mansion.
