After lunch, Jacqui had a meeting with her management & support team, design team, product lunch team, and the runway show team after lunch from 1 PM to 2 PM. Instead of having the runway show on March 1, which was a Tuesday, they agreed to have it rescheduled for March 4, which was a Friday. They would also not hire the usual skinny models, but instead, all models from all different shapes, sizes and ages. Everyone was also encouraged to work overtime when necessary instead of working on weekends. That way they could all enjoy the original work set-up, and no work on weekends except for the employees of the flagship store who had their day-off not on weekends. Some could still work on Saturdays, but no one would be allowed to work on Sundays anymore for the non-store employees.
