For me, it wasn’t all that surprising that Alyssa had ended up with a male Mate; she liked c**k. But it did surprise me that her Mate was an entirely different species. Was the werewolf kind really so bigoted and closed-minded, that the Goddess had to look elsewhere for a Mate for someone as sweet, kind, and stunning as Alyssa?
