Chapter 9

I was really curious to know about what Viay wants to tell. But i have to wait till 5'O clock to hear what that important matter is.

As time flew, clock struck 4.30, i was unable to sit on my seat. Now i cannot go back with Vinay. I have working hour till 6.00 pm. So, now i have to tell a reason for leaving soon. I went into his cabin " Mr. Vinay, i am not feeling well. Nothing serious. Just a

headache. I just want to go back to home soon. I need your permission for that." i said in a patient tone knowing that he would accept. I had seriously got an headache because of curiousity. Hope he permits me to go alone.

"If you are not feeling well, of course you can go home, but should we go to the doctor? If you are not well, we shall go to the doctor. " he said as if he cares. Of course he does, i had noted few things he does, in these very few days. Like covering up with a blanket, aarrgghhh.. Only that. But still he seems to be a gentleman. See, even now he is asking if i am okay or should i go to doctor?!

"No no.. That's okay. I will be fine if i go and take rest at home." i said and smiled.

"If you need the car keys, you are welcome. You can take mine. " he said genuinely.

" I am alright with an auto rickshaw. " i said and left.

I came back to my seat, i packed my things stuffed it into my bag like if i am going to board a flight which is about to take off. I rushed to the elevator. Of course i have to use the elevator as the office was in the 7th floor. I came down and crossed the road. I hired an auto and asked the driver to stop near the coffee shop which Vijay meant.

I paid the auto driver and opened the café door. To my surprise, i saw two familiar faces there. One is Vijay and the other one is Anju!!

Omg!! Anjana is here. How did she come here?! And of course she is sitting with Vijay. What's happening here?! As i moved towards the table they were sitting, the number questions were rising.

Finally reached the table and Anjana said " Hi sam, how are you?!" came towards me to hug me.

I gave her a puzzled look and i didn't even hug her back. I was literally confused.

"Now tell me Mr. Vijay. Why did you call me? And who called Anjana here?! What the hell is happening here. Please tell me now. Otherwise i would die out of curiosity. " i said continuously without breathing.

" Chill Sam!! Don't get tensed. Mr. Vijay will explain everything to you. " Anjana said in a cool voice.

" Okay Mrs. Samrita, let me tell you something. First of all i am the reason why you both got married. And the second thing is Vinay likes you. I cannot say that he is in love with you but he liked you when he saw you for the first time in the interview. You have been his crush since that day . "

What is he saying?! Whatever am i hearing is true?! Nothing went into my ear and heart other than the thing that Vinay likes me. Is it a dream?! No! It's reality. So this is the reason why he chose me for the deal!?! But wait.. Vijay says that he is the reason why we both got married. What's this?! I decided to ask Vijay about this thing.

Actually after hearing that Vinay likes me i can't really control my emotions, it was really difficult for me to control tear drops coming down to meet my chin. Anjana saw me shedding tears and she came to hold my hands. I knew it! She would do it whenever i cry.

"But wait, why do you say that you're responsible for our wedding?! " i asked by wiping my tears.

I can't mean it as happy tears, after all he just likes me, there is no love.

" Let me be clear and frank hoping that you won't leak this matter to Vinay. " he said. I was in uncontrollable curiosity, i was about to freak out but then he started again.

" I love kritika. As they planned, Vinay and Kritika's wedding, even though i knew that Vinay will not accept kritika as his wife, i was worried if they can convince and make him get married to her. And that's why i told him to make a deal with you because he likes you and i came to know that you like him too through your friend Anjana. And that's why, we made it. I couldn't bare seeing you both hurting the other and that's why i called you here to reveal the whole thing. I hadn't proposed to kritika till now. But i hope she likes me too. You have to help me with this. And Remember Guatam doesn't know about this meeting. He knows neither about my love nor the fact that you like him too. " he said and took a breath atlast.

I saw Anjana with wet eyes, asking if everything he said was true. She understood what i asked and said " True like our friendship " with a charming smile.

Oh my godddd!! Without knowing all these things i have been so harsh to Vinay. He doesn't know anything even now. Tears welled in my eyes and i was really out of control. I cried like a child by hugging Anju.

" Please don't cry Samrita, everyone are seeing. This is a public place. Control you tears. "he said with full of patience.

I didn't still accept that these things happening around me are true or not?! Must be true. Because atleast Vinay has a good opinion me and he likes me.

" Most importantly, Vinay accepted to talk about the deal with you only after i said that he could cancel the deal and start living with you if you both liked each other as time goes on. " he said.

So?! What does it mean. Does it mean he likes me that much?!!! Awwweeee... He likes me too.. One of the happiest moment in your life is when you come to know that your crush likes you back.

"I don't really have words to talk now." i said with tears flowing. I couldn't control it.

"Stop shedding tears and start loving Vinay. " Anjana said by seeing me with a wink.

I smiled at Anju and Vijay and said" Thank you so much Vijay for revealing this to me at least now. Thank you so much. " by seeing him with full of gratitude.

" But remember one thing Samrita, You shouldn't let Vinay know about this and my love matter. You must help me in that. I didn't even tell Kritika till now that i love her. " he said actually he begged.

" Don't worry Vijay. Sam will help you out and i will help you too. " Anjana said.

I was out of words and on behalf of me she replied. Arrghh.. This girl knows every damn thing.

" I am leaving now guys. I have to go home soon otherwise Mr. VINAY would find out that i had gone somewhere. " i said and left.

Finally i can see some shades of happiness in my life!!
