Jake had just ended his meeting with Damian. He shook his head at himself as he exited the office building.
He had to admit that Mr Dominic was a smart man. When Jake had refused to take up his offer of being a part of his company, his father had come to him seeking the services of his tech company.
Mr Dominic proposed such a good deal that Jake's business mind ignored whatever relationship feud they had going.
Jake was leaving when he met Michelle walking in. Michelle had never liked Jake, so she gave him a dirty eye down and hissed at him before passing him. Jake was used to the resentment she had towards him and he ignored her.
'What did he want?' Michelle asked Damian as she walked into his office.
'Business.' Damian curtly responded. His tone was weighty with irritation.
