Mirabel, her husband Shawn, and Michelle had been discussing in hushed tones which abruptly stopped when Sheena stepped in.
Mirabel roughly brushed past Sheena, almost knocking her down. And just as Sheena regained her balance, Michelle brushed past her again, following Mirabel.
Sheena sighed tiredly. She walked to the kitchen counter, shoulders slumped. The ill-treatment Mirabel and Michelle dished out to her at every moment they could, was getting to her.
She didn't mean any bad. She didn't choose be to in this situation and she wished they would just understand.
