Just as Callina, he too fell for the little girl, from the way she answered their question about how she doesn't think she's a little, or how anyone would want her. He knows some littles get worried at first about managing their two headspaces, but they get used to it with time, Callina has told him that the little girl had an accident, it happens, even when in the hospital it happens.
He signed his last patient off, and left the hospital feeling extra excited about going home, he hopes and wishes that Emily would agree to be their little always, so he could always come home to meet her, and his beautiful wife.
