My legs are shaky and Webb helps support me as I enter the station. Crosby has cleared us to come back to the interrogation area. Crosby’s partner, Detective Simpson nods as we walk toward the glass showing Andrea and Crosby sitting there. “She wanted to make sure you were here before they start. Said you would understand her.”
He presses the intercom “She’s here.”
Crosby begins “Okay Andrea, can you tell me why you shot Ryan Tanner today?”
“I knew him as Dan from when I tried to take Sofie’s fiancée, boyfriend at the time from her.” I draw in a shaky breath remembering all that.
