After our days in Disney, we returned home. I was happy I could make Emma's wish come true. Shawn was on his way to talk to me. I really hope it's not something bad. The doorbell rang and I went to open it. He gave me a kiss and made his way inside. We went to my room to talk.
"So, you have me on the edge, what's this you want to talk about."
"Well, I just got the chance of a lifetime, one of my best friends lives in Spain and told me about this vet school. It's only for a year, but babe this school is amazing it's so big and it's a dream come true."
"So you're leaving for a year." I said as my voice started to break.
"You can come with me. You don't start college till next year."
"I can't leave, Emma is still little, I still got my job And-" I paused.
