"Miss Alice is bleeding. Should we take her to the hospital?" asked the nanny aunt.
"I've divorced her, but Alice is still giving me trouble. You weak woman, hurry up and get a bodyguard and get her in the car. If she dies in this house, then I will be accused of being a cruel husband," she said.
The nanny aunt immediately went to call the bodyguards who were on night watch that night. At around 7 p.m., Morgan and Fiona took Alice to the hospital.

"I don't know; she should be fine. No one has died in my house in all these years." Morgan drove his car quickly to get to the hospital. Soon, the car arrived at the hospital grounds. He called a male nurse to bring Alice into the hospital for an examination.
Alice was already in the hospital examination room. The doctor and nurse were attending to the patient, while Morgan and Fiona waited outside the examination room. Soon, the doctor came out, and Morgan asked about Alice's condition.
"How is Alice doing, Doctor?" asked Morgan.
"This woman is bleeding; fortunately, the fetus can still be saved. Congratulations, your wife is pregnant. My prediction is that she is about 3 weeks along," replied the doctor.
"What? She's pregnant?" Morgan was shocked when he heard the doctor's words.
The doctor left because he was busy, while Morgan remained in his reverie.
"Morgan, you said you never touched Alice. How could she be pregnant? How could you betray me?" Fiona was both angry and jealous when she heard that Alice was pregnant.
"There was a mistake when I was drunk, so I accidentally slept with her. I only love you. You should trust me; I already made him sign the divorce papers." Morgan hugged Fiona to calm her anger.
As Alice is transferred to the patient's ward, Morgan sends Fiona home first. He goes to see Alice, who has just woken up from her stupor.
"Why are you here? You just left with Fiona—the woman you love?" She looked at Morgan with a hateful glare as he walked into her hospital room.
"You're pregnant now. I already divorced you, but things are like this. I didn't expect you to be pregnant with my child," Morgan replied.
"What? I'm pregnant? No way! Didn't I just faint?" Alice was shocked.
"I have divorced you now, but until the child is born, you will live with me. You will be confined to my home for the safety of our child; your life and death are in my hands. You can't go anywhere without my permission. Never fight me," Morgan said.
"No, I don't want to live with you anymore. I'm not willing to live under the same roof with a cheating cheater like you. Let me go! As for the matter of you paying for me to live and helping me in the past, I will pay you back someday." Alice no longer wanted to live with them.
"I will move you to my other private home. You will not live under the same roof as me and Fiona. You just need to give birth to the child, and I will consider your debt of gratitude to me paid off."
"No! I won't get pregnant your child. I will definitely abort this fetus. If I get pregnant and this child is born, then Fiona will be my child's stepmother. I don't want that woman to raise my child." Alice didn't want Fiona to raise her child. After she divorced Morgan, she was just an ordinary woman, so with Morgan's threat, she must have been scared.
"Rest, don't fight so much. I can do anything for the child in your womb because he is still my flesh and blood. Someone will pick you up tomorrow." Morgan then walked away, leaving Alice alone.
Alice had given up, but she was pregnant. She was confused and scared about what she would do next. Morgan would not let her go because of her pregnancy; he knew her husband's attitude.
"I'm pregnant? How is this possible? I will protect you, my child. Even without your Papa, I will still give birth to you. I have no one now; You will be with me my son, Mama wants you to live." She was sad then she stroked her stomach but also happy about her pregnancy. For her, it was a good sign, and her baby would accompany her through this cruel world.
While Alice was confused and happy about her pregnancy, Fiona was furious. She returned to Morgan's house and broke things in her room.
"Ah, s**t! How could Alice be pregnant with Morgan's child? No, I can't let Alice have Morgan's child. She can go back to Morgan; his fortune will belong to that woman. I must find a way for that child to never be born into this world."
Fiona planned something evil so that Alice could not get back together with Morgan. She also wanted Alice to miscarry, as it was the only way Alice and Morgan could not be together. She immediately called her men to teach Alice a lesson.
"You heard! You must destroy this woman. I've sent a picture of this damn woman to your mobile phone. I don't want her to get any affection from my man," Fiona said as she called her men.
"Yes, Miss Fiona. We'll soon teach that girl an unforgettable lesson."
Fiona's men had already earned half her pay, so she quickly carried out Alice's orders. They planned to do something nasty when Alice got out of the hospital.

Morning came, and Alice was discharged after undergoing medical tests and an ultrasound. Morgan was not by Alice's side as he was working. Alice came home from the hospital, picked up by Morgan's bodyguard. Alice waited for her bodyguard in front of the hospital, but just then, there was a man who asked Alice for the address of a house close to the hospital.
"Miss, please take me to the house written at this address. Do me a favor, because my sister just gave birth, and I'm new to the city and don't know where this address is," said the stranger.
"Okay, I know this address because it's close to my husband's company," Alice immediately told the man to follow her.
But when they were on a quiet street, a car approached them. Then the man took out a handkerchief and immediately gagged Alice's mouth. After that, Alice was forcibly dragged into a black car.
