I have gym this morning and it’s my favorite class. The teacher Mr. Stone, let’s me pick when we can go in the weight room and today I really wanted to work on my upper body. I’m 5 foot 3 inches and I’m in pretty good shape being a werewolf girl and all but I still like to workout when I have the time. We all walk into the weight room and I run to the pull up bar. I have a goal to pull myself up 10 times today. As I start to stretch a little bit Jared comes over to me . Ugh I roll my eyes as he approaches . “Hi Jared” I say. “Hey Winnie you coming to the party this weekend?” He asks me. “I don’t know Jared, why?” I’m sassy but I don’t really care. “Well Winnie we could go together if you want to?” He is very sweet but I just am not interested in him. “Thanks Jared but I’m good. If I go I’ll go with lani.” Lani is my best friend , she’s a redhead with a fiery temper and I love it. Speak of the angel she comes walking over to us . “Jared we are trying to exercise, I think Tony is asking for you. Go go “ she says waving her arms at him. As he walks away I try not to laugh out loud. “Thanks lani, He always is trying to ask me out” I say. “Well he is cute! But I don’t really see you guys together... But really we are going to this party, I can’t wait!!” She squeals . I just roll my eyes and start pulling myself up on the bar counting. “Sure I guess we can go.” She starts clapping her hands “Yay! Well I’ll pick you up little lady at 8 On Friday.” I just laugh and try to focus on school the rest of the day.
