She hesitantly took his offered arm, and then allowed him to pull her to her feet. Once she got up, she tried to steady her shaky legs. "Is everything okay?" she asked nervously. "Yeah," he replied, smiling weakly. "Everything's fine." She hesitated for a moment before she took his hand and they walked towards the front door. "Do you still love me?" she whispered, staring up at him. He stopped walking for a moment and looked down at her. A look of sadness filled his eyes. "Of course I still love you," he assured her.
