Cora rushed to his side and held his hand.
“Enzo,are you okay?Talk to me?”
He opened his mouth to speak but then he suddenly lost his consciousness.
Cora smirked.
Drugs were really effective.
She let go of his arm and turned to face Rico who looked disturbed.
“I’ve heard about how ruthless this man can be.Are you really sure he won’t come for me when he wakes up,”Rico panicked.
Cora grinned.”As far as you get out of the country right away.He wouldn’t be able to do anything to you.Now take this.”She handed him a check.”This money should be enough to last you a lifetime.”
Rico stared at the figures and his fear immediately disappeared.
“Thank you,thank you so much.”
With this money,he wouldn’t have to work anymore.
He was more than happy.
