Liam looked to Rowan and gave him a quick explanation before shifting as well to follow his mate. It did not take long for him to catch up with her.
"Tis a fool's errand at this point, Maisie," Liam tried to reason with her. Amelia would be heavily guarded in Alpha Kai's absence. They had just been broken free of one dungeon to end up in another if they continued.
"If Alpha Kai makes it back to his castle before us, who kens what he will do to my sister? I cannae leave her to his cruelty, Liam, please," Liam could feel her emotions through their bond. His heart ached at the thought of a young girl being put through any sort of torture that he could have helped prevent.
"Fine. But we need to be smart this time. Do ye ken of any secret passage ways to get us in undetected?" Liam asked
