"Leave early?" Leith stood in the center of his cottage. His wife had taken their children for a walk so that Liam could talk to Leith in private. "Why on earth do we need to hurry our departure?" Leith had his hands on his hips as he regarded his Captain as well as his friend.
Liam sigh as he began to explain to Leith all that had occurred since he had left the MacKenzie territory not so long ago. At one point Leith ran a hand through his hair and whistled. He then sat on the chair across from Liam and listened to the last of Liam's story. Leith slowly came to the realization that they did not have another choice. In order to remove the woman and her sister from the situation, there was no better way than across the ocean.
