At first I thought all of this was going to help me get out of all that frustration but at the end I started to realised that nothing of this was helping me at all and I must find something which will actually help me forget all those were is for sometime. I was starting to have pretty for that poor punching bag in front of me which was receiving all those hits for all past this time but then at the very same time I know that it's not a living thing so how can it feel anything like that to be in with.
Taking of my gloves I decided to take a little water break and them I was very thirsty at this time without even realising for how long I kept punching only to keep all those thoughts out of my mind but at the end it was no success to me at all. After drinking the water I realise
