Chapter continues- 

I was looking at him with curiosity but still had tears in my eyes. 

" You know I was in the Army before. I nodded. There was a person Shashwat Singh Rathore. He is with me since I joined the Army. We are also neighbours that's why my wife and his wife became besties. One he was blessed with a baby boy and we named him Aryan. Aryan Singh Rathore. As your mother is Aaradhaya. He was an Apple of our eyes. We are too much fond of him especially your mother. And one day you was born. Shashwat's wife named you SHREYA. Shreya Madan. As his wife is Sumedha Singh Rathore. You both are growing up together and soon you both became unseperable. You both are fond of each other. Days were passing z so our life. You both are also growing. We were too much happy in our little world. One day we were assigned on a mission. The mission is to capture the most dangerous criminal who in the skin of businessman doing all illegal activities. He also has connections with the terrorists. It was after when you turned 8. Before going on the mission we both decided to get you both engaged because Aryan's possiveness towards you is something we find new. We didn't know whether we will return alive or not, so we thought it's perfect as even in the age of 9, he was capable. After the small engagement ceremony, we left for the mission. After 7 months of hard work of our team, we managed to track his location and almost captured him. But he managed to escape. Our team was the first one to reach to him. This made him furious. He wanted to crush us in order to give an answer to the government. But one day we find a dead body of one of our team mate. He was brutally tortured and killed. And soon it becomes a routine. Just in one month, our team of 30 members were ended, leaving the leaders behind who are us. We knew ours lives were also in danger, so we told the situation to our wives. They were heartbroken but still they decided to be strong for their children. We knew our lives would be ended anytime soon, so we were cherishing the last moments with our loved ones. 

You know what Beta.. sometimes missions were too dangerous and when any mishap happened, government didn't involved it in. 

We were on our own. And that black day came. Me and Shashwat were out for duty that day. It was almost noon when I received the call from Aaradhaya. She was crying hard and telling us to come home soon. We panicked and quickly reached there. But what we saw killed us right there." Papa stopped his words. I looked at him in order to know what made them stop. 

He was crying with the blood shot eyes. It seems like all the past is moving infront of him like a movie. 

He was choked by his own Words. I couldn't help myself. I forgot my own pain and ran to him in order to console him. I was telling him soothing words. 

Soon he recovered and again continued.

" Both of our wives are getting r***d. They were getting r***d by that monster's bulky henchmen. There were almost 40 men of his. One group of 20 was raping your mother and another 20 was raping Sumedha. You and Aryan were lying unconscious near stairs. We couldn't control ourselves because seeing our loved ones like this, all we were seeing is red. 

Me and Shashwat fought with them and killed 30 of them. In all these we didn't forget to check on the females as their condition is worst. Who can be in better condition after getting r***d. And here they were r***d by masses. All of sudden someone hit us hard from behind making us fall and almost unconscious. Soon we were surrounded by the remaining of them. They were laughing on us, beating us and again started raping our wives. When they all became tired of this, our wives are half dead, they freed us. They were laughing like monsters. Monsters in human skin. Both ladies couldn't take this humiliation. They couldn't take it and after saying that to take care of you both, they killed themselves. As we knew if they were still alive after their rest time, they will r***d them again and again and used them as their playthings, s*x slaves, which they didn't want. They were gone and left you both behind.

You know what was their last words. Don't. Then let me tell you. They said.

" Forgive us. Forgive us for leaving you all behind. But promise us that you both will leave the Army. Leave it now. You both always used your everything to save this country and its people. But what they did." Aaradhaya said almost yelling and crying.

" You both left your family, left us for them. And look what. They leave your side when you both needed them most. Your duty didn't protect us. It destroyed us and now if you both didn't do anything it will destroy our children's future." Sumdeha said.

We knew that they were right. We begged our seniors to send aid with us as our families are in danger but they turned their back to us after denying it straight.

"Promise us you both will leave the Army and live as civilians. It would be better if you both leave the country. Leave and go far away from it. Promise us that you will keep our children's safe." Aaradhya said. Both of them were breathing with difficulty. 

We couldn't see our loved ones like this. We promise them.

"Don't forget to let Aryan married to Shreya." Sumedha said. 

And we promised them that you both will be married to each other when you both attain the right age and want to marry each other.

After that they slit their necks with fruit knife and died. But the thing is it didn't stopped only there. Both of  your's and Aryan's mother death was far from bringing the satisfaction on the face of that king of monsters.
