She could barely sleep a wink, her nerves were shot. The kids wouldn't let her be, constantly asking for their father. She promised to take them later, so everything depended on his reaction. He woke her up, and she took a nice shower, dried her hair, put on a shorts and blazer combo with her heels, sprayed on some perfume, and went downstairs.
"Wow, you look stunning! Keelan will jump right out of that bed!" Joel chuckled.
"Oh, please, enough with your jokes, let's go!"
They all piled into the cars and drove off. Upon arrival, the doctors were waiting for them, explaining the procedure. She went ahead to put the ring on him. The nurse followed the doctor's instructions as she took his hand. Suddenly, he started moaning.
