Vyom is crying his heart out he never thought that his one decision will Cost him this much..
He can't forgive himself if anything happens to Sharanya.. He can't believe that because of him the love of his life is in danger. It is his fault.
He can't see her like this laying in hospital bed lifeless. Struggling for her life.. Its all his fault that it's happening.. He never thought that his one decision will change everything..
