ALESSIA
The wall Liam came through was still smoking. Rogue wolves poured in behind him like a black tide, and Council enforcers followed with rifles raised. The corridor turned into chaos in an instant. Gunfire shattered the lights, snarls echoed off the walls, and blood sprayed across the concrete before anyone could draw breath.
The Elder’s voice cut through the holo-drone, sharp enough to slice through the noise. “Final test: Truth. Luna must prove who she bleeds for.”
Blackwell’s laugh drifted from the back of the pack. His suit was still immaculate despite the dust and smoke. “Not with words, Elder, but wiith blood. That’s the only truth wolves understand.”
