Calliope stood frozen on the ground, trembling in fear as the rogue smiled evilly. "What are you looking at!? Move!" the rogue yelled, scaring her. Calliope felt her tears began to fall from her eyes. The rogue dragged her away. She tried resisting but it was futile. She watched as the rogue's wreak havoc in her pack. "Cali! Cali, look at me!" Jay said and shake her. It was then Calliope realized that the rogue who was dragging her has been killed. "Jay..." Calliope said and cried. Jay immediately hugged her and whispered soothing words in her ear. "Go to the cave. You know the drill, Cali. Go!" Jay shouted and pushed her away. Calliope wiped her tears away and ran as fast as she can. She stopped where her house was and forced the door open. Calliope immediately saw her mother. Without saying anything, she pulled her and out of the house and went to the forest. "Mom, go to the cave," Calliope said while sniffing. "I'll go back to the center. I have to get the kids," she added. Alondra's eyes widened and she shook her head. "No! You can't! The rogues will kill you!" Alondra said while gripping her daughter's arms tightly. "Mom, please," Calliope begged. Alondra shook her head once more but Calliope was determined to get the orphan kids to safety. "Go to the cave, Mom. I promise I'll be back!" she said and removed her mother's hands from her arms. Alondra let out a sobbed. No matter what she'll do, she knew her daughter won't listen to her. "You better go back to us, Cali," her mother warned. Calliope hugged her and with a last glance, she ran back to the pack to save the kids. Santi growled once again, taunting the Alpha to attack first and he succeeded. Alpha Rodel leaped and tried to bite Santi's face, but Santi was able to avoid it casually. He knew he could win the fight against the Alpha, but he's taking his time because it brings a euphoric feeling to him when he sees the Alpha lost its desire to fight. Santi was merely playing with Alpha Rodel. "You bastard!" Alpha Rodel roared. He tried attacking him once again, but it was useless as Santi kept dodging him. It infuriates Alpha Rodel and Santi saw this chance to strike him when the time he loses control. Santi jumped on his back and ferociously bit him making him weak. The Alpha yelped in intense pain. He tried crawling his way out, but Santi hasn't even finished his assault. He stomped on his back and watched the chaos in front of him. "Please…not my pack," Alpha Rodel begged. "Sorry, old man. No can do," Santi replied and strike him with his front paws, leaving the Alpha unconscious on the ground. Seth punched the last warrior that came to kill him and let out a tired sigh. The warriors were bloodied and unconscious on the ground and some were not lucky enough and got themselves killed by his hands. The blazing sun in the sky still irritates his eyes. He wasn't in his best mood to fight, but he couldn't refuse Thanatos. He owed him his life and he swore his loyalty to him. Seth doesn't care that Thanatos's a wolf, the lone enemy of his kind. Seth saw Calliope ran to a small daycare center and a smile crept its way on his red lips. He teleported to where the center was and immediately saw Calliope guiding the kids out. "Well, well, well," Seth mumbled. Calliope clutched hee chest tightly. She was afraid, but the kid's safety was her priority. "Vampire..." she muttered when she glanced at where Seth was standing. "Why are you doing this?" she couldn't help but ask. "Hmm...for the contract?" Seth answered while slowly approaching her. Calliope pushed the kids hastily while carefully watched Seth's move. "You won't win," Calliope muttered. When she's sure that the kids were out in the daycare center. She held the dagger in her back. "Too bad, we already won," Seth said and teleported near her. Calliope swung her dagger and she succeeded in inflicting a wound on Seth. Seth angrily cursed and back away. "f*****g b***h!" he yelled. Calliope ran but Seth was quick to drag her back. She tried swinging her dagger again. Seth grabbed her arms and headbutted her. Calliope felt dizzy touching her forehead while groaning in pain. "That's what you get from being a stubborn one," Seth said. Calliope slumped on the ground. Seth walked towards her and pulled her hair making her look straight into his eyes. "Sleep well," Seth said while grinning and punched Calliope on her gut. She fell unconscious on the ground. Santi entered the daycare center and crossed his arms. "Come on. We got to go," he said. Seth carried Calliope like a sack on his shoulders and walked away. It's a mess everywhere and they only managed to get six women. Santi transformed once again and Seth followed him with the prisoners behind. Thanatos inhaled the smoke from his cigarette and shake the glass of wine. The doctor bowed his head after examining him and gave him a bottle of his new sleeping pills. He watched the doctor walked away from his office and closed his eyes. Thanatos could still see the faces of the people he loathed every time he closed his eyes. Their mocking laughter resonated through his ears, and their calloused hands inflicted wounds in his body. A knock on the door snapped him out of his grim thoughts. He put the glass and cigarette down and clasped his hands together. "Come in," he mumbled. The door burst open and Santi entered. "How was the operation?" Thanatos asked. "I can say that we succeeded," Santi answered and sat in front of him. Thanatos could feel his wolf getting restless. It was like he wanted to come out and find something. "We only brought six women," he added. "Where are they?" Thanatos asked. "Outside. Wanna see them?" Santi said. Thanatos nodded his head and stood up. He went out of his office and was greeted by the sweet and alluring smell. He looked around and found the woman on the last row, bowing her head. "Mate!" "f**k me," Thanatos exclaimed at the words his wolf uttered. This can't be true!
