Chapter 10: Weekend back home with a extra person

Anna POV

Matt shifts and brings me back to camp on his back. When I saw his wolf I was a bit surprised he had the same eyes but he was a different color I thought anyways. I swore he was a bit darker.

I haven’t realized how far I walked, it would have taken me half the day to walk back to camp. Right outside camp he shifts back and I hand him his shorts. This time I got a good look at everything, I couldn’t believe how big it was! I starred at him with my mouth opened, how does he hide that thing in his shorts.

I start thinking of him putting that inside me it won’t fit, he’s going to hurt something in there. I’m too short for that. I’ve never had anything in there maybe it stretches. Matt stands there longer then needed naked, I see amusement in his eyes as he watches me trying to figure it all out.

“Anna, do you want to touch it? It won’t hurt you.” He laughs.

I shake my head,

“How does that fit in there, does it stretch that big?” I say without even thinking how lame I sound.

He starts laughing. Shaking his head.

“Don’t even try stretching it, leave that for me. I’ll show you sometime little one. I promise I'll make it fit and you will love it.”

I immediately blush. Then my thought goes directly to my mother, why is she here. I start walking towards the check in cabin I see her standing outside she runs to me.

“Anna, how I’ve missed you darling! You look so tired sweetheart? Are you sleeping well? Are they feeding you good? Now whose this guy who was mean to you?” she says.

I look behind me I see Matt eyeing us, amusement on his face.

“I’m fine mom, what are you doing here?”

She laughs, “I thought I could steal you away for the weekend. It’s Jackson’s birthday weekend and I know you didn’t want to miss it. You never know you may become Luna tomorrow.” She giggles.

“Mom I’d rather stay here, I don’t want to miss anything.” I try to come up with an excuse but I got nothing.

I see Matt doesn’t look too happy. He walks over and introduces himself. My mother was eyeing him and I catch her sniffing the air. She looks between us and smiles.

“Sorry Anna, Alpha made it mandatory all pack members are required to attend, even your father is being sent home early. He’s looking forward to seeing you. Jackson is going to be naming his Luna tomorrow, regardless if he finds his mate or not.” She explains.

Matt stiffens beside me,

“Who's Jackson?” he asks.

I haven’t seen my father in a bit, he’s a delivery driver, he drives everywhere selling out produce and meat. I knew where my mom was going with this I just didn’t want Matt to hear this from her. My stomach began to turn.

My mom laughs, “Anna hasn’t told you? Jackson is her boyfriend back home. He’s turning 18 tomorrow and taking over the pack as Alpha. Anna was so upset she wanted to stay and become his Luna.”

This is not how I imagined telling him, one night has changed so much between us. Yesterday I would of jumped in the car no hesitation and probably begged my mom to let me stay home. Today I don't want to leave.

Matt’s eyes grew dark,

“Anna let me help you grab your things and check you out.”

I put my head down and walk behind him. As soon as we are alone he turns to me, he’s shaking,

“Boyfriend Anna? You have a boyfriend, you’ve never told me? Your supposed to be his Luna? What else have you kept from me?” He yells at me.

“He’s not really my boyfriend, it’s just the way things work where I’m from. I don’t think he’s my mate Matt. But we were always good friends and he’s always trained for Alpha and me Luna.” I try to explain.

“Your damn right he’s not your mate! And he’s not marking you Anna. If anyone is marking you it’s me. Your not going anywhere!” he’s still yelling at me.

Why would he be the one to mark me? Maybe he thinks I'm his mate. I'm so confused I cant wait to be 18 and understand all this stuff.

“I don’t have a choice Matt, that’s my pack. I need to be there.” I feel defeated.

I walk towards my cabin and grab my bag look around, I may not be back. I didn’t even last a week here. It broke my heart to think of walking away from Matt. I knew Jackson would mark me tomorrow. He loved me since we were kids. If he’s mate wasn’t in our pack then he would be marking me tomorrow night and I wouldn’t be able to come back. Matt would never be able to touch me again. I felt so broken. I walked with my head down, I sit in the car looking around to see if I see Matt, I'd like to say bye at least. My mom gets in the car and I hear something move behind me, I look back and I see Matt sitting there with a huge smile.

“Looks like I’m coming back home with you Anna.” He says “I need to make sure you come back to camp this summer, the fun is far from over.”
