Thirty-Six Miranda set aside the plans of the tunnel system when Lieutenant Anderson entered her office with Councillor Kelvin Dillon, resisting the urge to rub her eyes. ‘What is the meaning of this?’ Councillor Dillon indicated the tight grip Anderson had on his arm. ‘I am not accustomed to such offensive treatment.
