Ten Corporal Andrew Jensen accepted a cup of coffee from the waitress with a grateful smile. He was at the tail end of an over-long shift. Captain Wilson had doubled the patrols with Kyle loose. The call from the café to investigate a potential freak had come right when he and his patrol were about to clock off.
