CHAPTER SEVEN
Its Twins!!
Karolina was giving birth in the hospital. She had been screaming for a while now. Californika and Angela were at her bedside. They were comforting her as the labor contractions got more and more frequent. Californika held her leg and stroked it gently.
“Push! Come on push Karolina,” urged Californika.
Angela had a wet cloth dozing Karolina’s forehead.
The midwife touched her stomach before urging her to push as well.
Karolina took a long breath before spreading her legs apart and pushing continuously breathing-in in between. She screamed in agony.
“Breathe in. Breathe in. Then try again.”
Karolina looked exhausted but determined to give birth. Angela knelt next to her. She looked at her in her eyes and kissed her.
“I know you can do it.”
