“Amanda! Wake up!”, I heard someone say. It was Amy.
“How did it go last night? Were you able to find out anything?” she asks. I wished she would have let me sleep. I’m so tired from the flight and the very eventful day yesterday.
“I’ll tell you, if you make me some coffee first”, I told her while I tried to wake up. Might as well take a quick shower so that I can freshen up.
“I found out what their schedule is today. They will leave for the island at noon, go to John’s house on the other side of the island and then showcase their buyers' purchases and only return in the morning.” I said. I’m not even going to tell her about Edwin f*****g me. I don’t want to ever talk about it and will just pretend that it never happened.
